Review measurable process indicators such as Units Per Hour (UPH) to analyze and drive optimal performance of PRE.
Equip the team to resolve Carrier Escalation issues.
STOCKING & REPLENISHMENT
Establish expectations for completion of Out of Stock (OOS) audits for accurate inventory replenishments and full representation of all sizes on the sales floor.
Coach the team to meet standards of stockroom organization, cleanliness, and efficiencies.
Establish expectations for weekly Stockroom Audits to ensure optimal performance locating product for refill from Point of Sale (POS).
Establish the processing of obsolete, defective, and mis mate inventory based on Policy and Standards.
Direct the team to handle Return to Vendor (RTV) requests from retail General Merchandise Management (GMM).
Ensure that markdowns are performed to directives.
Establish expectations for the transition and transfer of aged or markdown products to Nike Live Store.
Plan physical inventory preparations for annual physical inventory counts.
Manage the storewide Loss Prevention and Safety program.
