Plans the work of employees with a daily or short-term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards
Provide a strong sales floor presenceset the standard for superior service by directly supporting Athletes and closely monitoring floor activities to ensure execution and delivery of the premium consumer experience. Manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store (S&R, Dept., area), including selling and service, selecting and developing associates, merchandising, time and business management
Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards
Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event
Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
Supervise, train, and develop associates within designated area
Assist Store Manager (Head Coach) in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results
Utilize advanced customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect consumer to the right product. Build a bond between consumer and brand
Qualifications: College degree or above, 3 years retail experience including 1 year lead or supervisory experience
