As a Compensation Operations Analyst you will ensure efficient and effective Compensation operations for all countries in EMEA across Nike Inc businesses by ensuring Compensation programs are executed accurately and timely for Nike’s employees in accordance to Nike’s Compensation policies, processes and in compliance with local statutory regulations.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Execute global compensation programs, that require specialized knowledge of compensation transactions in SAP and Workday.
Administer regional compensation programs i.e. retail incentives
Generate compensation reports for data audit and analysis purposes
Audit base pay to be compliant with local minimum salary regulations and collective labor agreements
Manage Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and follow up on issues
Provide relevant training to internal parties and developing FAQs for HR advisors
Communicate compensation program updates to other HR Direct functions and HRBPs
Partner with HRBP and COE on compensation programs and follow up on any compensation issue escalations
Deliver service excellence to employees, managers, and HR Ops team members by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all requests about Compensation programs via ServiceNow
Review current Compensation operational processes and tools, recommend improvements and document new processes
Participate in regional Compensation operational projects as part of Nike HR Transformation agenda.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT or equivalent
Relevant experience in Compensation or HR Operations (>4 years)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems, SAP/Workday is preferred
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Able to multi-task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timelines
A natural problem solver and critical thinker. Enjoys identifying, analyzing and solving issues.
Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
Effective verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English.
