Job Accountabilities

Own and drive the programming and total business managements of JD Platform. Enable our JD business to serve our digital consumers, reach/exceed financial goals and build the brand by driving membership, traffic, engagement, conversion and profitable revenue on our JD Platform. Define and execute the overall business strategy including the following responsibilities:

• Drive the business plan and strategy to hit our revenue and profit goals for JD Platform.
• Partner with JD Sports category to identify seasonal and by campaign level Business/Consumer/Brand opportunities and operate accordingly.
• Direct and Dotted-line management and coordination of cross-functional team, including but not limited to Planning, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, Operation, Site Merchandising, Membership, Customer Service and Performance Media.
• Monitor and manage to E2E KPI’s—New members, Brand followers, Conversion, Buying Members, ADPT, UPT, AUR, UV, Order Frequency, Service Rating & Retention.
• Work closely with Marketplace, brand and Merchandising teams to develop the seasonal initiative calendar for JD platform.
• Identifies opportunities to elevate platform consumer experience and works with appropriate partners to execute, including livestreaming and content initiatives.
• Explore and help develop deeper partnerships to drive further collaboration, new digital commerce experiences and profitable revenue for Converse.

Job Qualifications

• E-commerce business management experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of digital environment and consumer behavior.

• Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business.

• Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors, and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred.

• Ability to create reports, business plans, and digital initiatives plan.

• Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions.

• Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others.
