    Position summary

    uct Line Managers. Your focus will be creating original graphics, prints, trims, and packaging that meet each product's unique needs. Every project is its own world-and you'll help weave those worlds together with Nike's vision.

    Ideal candidates are creative problem solvers who are passionate about design, thrive in fast-paced collaboration, and bring powerful, emotionally resonant ideas to life.

    • To be considered, you must submit a creative design portfolio. Please provide website links or attach PDF files when you apply.

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

    • 1- 4+ years of directly relevant work experience.

    • Genuine passion for current and emerging design trends-including contemporary art, sports, streetwear, and youth culture.

    • Proven ability to create concepts, iterate, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary product and creative team.

    • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.

    • Adaptability to change and skill in balancing multiple, competing priorities.

    • Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design intent effectively to internal and external audiences.

    • Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals: drawing/sketching, typography, ideation, use of texture, spacing, scale, visual presentation development, and layout-supported by a portfolio that includes non-digital creative work.

    • Knowledge of apparel graphic application, repeat pattern creation, printing techniques for textiles, trim design, and how designs translate from digital to physical.

    • Understanding of apparel product creation and basic garment construction.

    • Ability to embrace diverse perspectives and foster an inclusive environment.

    • Awareness of Nike's brand, design ethos, and cultural relevance; ability to create original graphics that reflect Nike's design DNA.

    • Proficiency in Adobe CC and comfort working in emerging digital spaces.

    • Open-minded and resilient problem-solving skills.
