    As part of the Digital Marketing Team in EMEA, you will work on bringing to life on our digital channels the most exciting stories and marketing campaigns; featuring product, Athletes and sport to inspire and enable the youth. Pushing boundaries, you will develop, support and drive timely and effective delivery of seasonal Digital Marketing plans, ensuring member & product innovation is at the forefront of all planning and execution across all channels.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are hiring for 2 EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist roles to join the EMEA Women's Digital Marketing team.

    This role for a passionate marketeer with a digital and/or retail background who shares our love for sport, culture, and consumer insights. This person brings a perfect mix of creativity and data acumen, they love pushing thinking into new innovative spaces and strive for executional excellence.

    The ideal candidate has great organizational skills, while also having an agile mentality and ability to work in a high pace, evolving environment. Dealing with complexity and change is not an issue and this person brings incredible energy as an empathetic team player.

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    If this is you, you'll be working with the Women's Digital Marketing team, performing a critical supporting role working across our seasonal offense. You will hone in on your curiosity and creativity to bring to life big ideas and develop best in class digital plans. You will be obsessing the details of the end-to-end digital journey, leveraging Member and channel insights to create the best expression of the Nike brand on the digital ecosystem.

    A typical day/week looks like working both independently and in cross-functional teams, supporting the development of seasonal Consumer x Field of Play plans. You will attend meetings with partners from different Marketing and business functions, and represent the voice of the consumer in the development and execution of our digital marketing plans.

    You will support the seasonal programming of our digital platforms to amplify the Nike Brand and create lasting consumer connections. You will support the definition of each campaign digital run of show, and independently manage timelines and deliverables from the creative brief through to the execution, including continued optimization through the analysis and evaluation of previous activations' performance, to ensure we continuously innovate and unlock new opportunities.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    You will work within a passionate team of other EMEA Digital Marketing Directors, Lead Professionals, and Professionals. You will also work closely with our cross-functional partners including but not limited to Consumer x Field of Play Marketing teams, Nike Digital, Merchandising, DSM, City Marketing, Insights and Analytics, and external agencies.

    WHAT YOU BRING

    Experience

    • 2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, ideally in digital, brand or retail marketing.

    • Experience building and bringing marketing plans and/or digital consumer journeys to life

    • Proven project management and organizational skills, you are not afraid of day-to-day operational tasks.

    • Experience and interest in working with data. You are comfortable both manipulating data and drawing insights to define strategies & opportunities in your day to day

    • The ideal candidate has familiarity working with key tools such as Keynote, AirTable, Figma and Adobe Analytics.
