    Position summary

    and apparel, all with one mission in mind: help athletes fly on and off the court.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Lead & support the strategic direction and execution for Jordan Sport and critical sport / commercial moments.

    • Support the Jordan Marketing lead to develop the annual brand plan.

    • Lead & drive Jordan Sport's annual brand plan to deliver an integrated O2O consumer journey, oversee the cross-functional integration and supervise execution works.

    • Act as a corporate leader and expert on the sports consumer; informed by strong understanding of consumer insights, motivations & needs.

    • Partnership with merchandising teams to support product positioning, and drive strong and long term product marketing strategies.

    • Partner with the global brand team to provide a Geo POV on global brand strategies, fueled by local consumer and marketplace needs.

    • Drive a Culture of Mentorship and radical feedback to both direct reports, as well as wider team to foster effective teamwork and development.

    • Collaborate with insights team to drive integration, establish long-term/short-term learning agendas, and identify new spaces & opportunities.

    • Support seasonal CODE gates & deliverables, to drive seasonal readiness.

    • Elevate Jordan BB offense, develop streetball concept with GC & Global

    • Lead golf activation from brand (Consumer/Concept/Launch Journey)

    Personal Skills:

    • A visionary storyteller who is obsessed with consumers, especially young generation consumers; passionate for sports, addict to one of team & organized sports (BB preferred); can inspire and motivate others; has the skill to create and deliver impactful narratives, both within the organization, as well as for the end consumer.

    • Strong communication skills with Jordan Global & GC external parties, and ability to navigate through matrix (Nike & Jordan, Brand & Function, Cross Function & Teams)

    • Excellence in strategic thinking with the ability to execute and land work in market.

    • Leads by example, with the ability to instill trust & confidence in the team.

    • Goal-oriented and open-minded with the ability to simplify complex situations, manage ambiguity and ability to perform under pressure.

    • A collaborative team player who can lead, partner with, and bring together different teams, individuals from diverse backgrounds, functions and perspectives.

    • An open and honest leadership style, with learning agility and growth mindset.

    • Strong initiative and curiosity to cultivate innovation, explore new ways of working, know/learn the trend and always think out of box.



    • Bachelor's degree

    • Minimum 8+ years brand marketing, or relevant experience

    • Experience managing direct reports

    • Knowledge of the local consumer, market and industry

    • Understanding and passion for Basketball and Streetwear


    • Experience leading brand campaigns targeting the performance consumer.

    • Experience working in sport / basketball category.

    • Experience working in highly matrixed, complex organizations.

    • Experience delivering English/Chinese presentations to large audiences.
