Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a closely related field
10+ years of experience in digital marketing or related experience in brand marketing and/or retail marketing including cross-functional business acumen
A deep understanding of the Nike consumer, their lifestyle, and their relationship with sport.
Analytical rigor with human insight-leveraging data, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive brand priorities and commercial outcomes
Proven leadership experience managing at least 5 direct reports, with a strong track record of coaching and developing talent
Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You'll lead the digital marketing vision for Nike Korea, translating strategy into action across Nike's owned and earned platforms-including Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS App, NRC/NTC Apps, @nikeseoul, targeted communications, CXP, and NDDC partner platforms. You'll drive innovative brand experiences, foster consumer engagement, and grow brand strength and business impact.
