    Required qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience in Retail Design, Brand Experience, Retail Experience, or Brand Storytelling for a major brand or agency

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

    • Demonstrated creative leadership in experiential or retail design

    • Strong communication, presentation, and team‑leadership capabilities

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You'll shape the future of Jordan Brand retail - turning strategy into immersive store experiences that inspire athletes and consumers around the world.

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead and inspire the Brand Experience, Store Design team with vision, clarity, and creative excellence

    • Concept and deliver immersive, Jordan‑only retail environments rooted in bold storytelling

    • Collaborate across Brand Design, Marketing, Marketplace, and Product teams to translate strategy into execution

    • Build relationships across creative and cross‑functional partners to elevate seasonal and project work

    • Maintain a sharp awareness of retail design, basketball culture, fashion, art, architecture, sustainability, and emerging cultural trends

    • Ensure the highest standards of creativity, quality, and consistency across all store design outputs

    • Guide teams from concept through execution, ensuring ideas scale globally and resonate locally
