    Role Purpose

    Inspire, Serve and Grow the Jordan Culture and Community in a Digital Led Marketplace

    Key Accountabilities

    Led and Drive Business Goals and Results:

    • Develop Jordan Digital offense aligning with GC Jordan and NDDC Marketplace Priorities

    • Led the Jordan distinction and offense across all Digital platforms (SNKRS, .com, Tmall, JD.com)

    • Develop Jordan Digital commercial opportunities by providing real time Marketplace and Consumers insights to GC Jordan Consumer teams

    • Deliver the Jordan Business Goals by meeting our ST expectations and maintaining a healthy inventory level

    Cross Functional Leadership:

    • Drive the cross functional offense through the Code process with Digital Merch and Digital Marketing to deliver the most compelling consumer engagement digitally

    • Partner with Insights, DSM and Membership to identify key opportunities

    • Be the key contact with NDDC leadership, ensuring that Jordan brand is well represented and highlighted

    • Be an inspiration with the JDDC team. Provide a consistent feedback and IDP session for each team members
