    • Communicate strategy to stakeholders and drives consistent premium consumer experience

    • Own and lead seasonal activities: hindsighting, line planning, product adoption, module prioritization and retail end in mind. Work closely with global and GC cross functional teams to ensure right product execution and investment.

    • Be the critical and core member of consumer x marketplace squad team to collaborate and build long term strategy and drive E2E offense.

    Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

    • Provide leadership to managers, supervisors and/or professional staff

    • Identify and resolve complex technical, operational and organizational problems

    • Integrate company mission into daily work and planning

    • Leads or participates in key initiatives, programs or products with moderate to wide visibility

    • Strong communication skill to lead and influence. Be able to manage conflict.

    • Manage team and set team and individual goals that align with merchandising goals.

    Experience Required (Soft skills):

    • Requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 8 or 9 years directly relevant work experience
    • Strong and passionate understanding for sports or fashion industry to deliver a premium consumer experience.
    • Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives, network, influence, and utilize internal and external resources as well as demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to inspire and mentor others within a work group.
    • Experience in a cross functional work environment, project management or matrix organization, being able to work independently while still be a good team player.
