WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Director of NA Sports Marketing Supply Chain Operations; an end-to-end enterprise leader with a growth mindset! We see the opportunity to strengthen our supply chain, connect the matrix, and unlock new capabilities to deliver and strengthen indispensable and unique connection to Sport through our partnerships with the world’s best Athletes and Teams. This role will drive end-to-end integration across our supply chain and lead integration of our business processes, using technology and the power of our supply chain and geo partners. As our Director of NA Sports Marketing Supply Chain Operations, you will report to the Senior Director of NA Sports Marketing Operations.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role plays a critical role in the development and implementation of operational planning capabilities and innovation in support of business growth! You will drive the end-to-end planning process – seasonal, monthly and weekly across multiple Dimensions and channels of distribution. This role will facilitate the Planning Network (across multiple business partners – inclusive of Supply Chain, Dimensions, Sports Marketing, Product Creation). You will develop matrix relationships required to ensure effective and efficient processes and program execution.
IN ADDITION, YOU WILL:
Manage Supply Chain covering complex product lines across a large network
Direct team and set direction for team and management goals that align with company goals
Coach team, create opportunities for team development, and makes decisions on hiring, performance management, recognition, and rewards
Address talent planning needs and challenges within area of responsibility or within pipeline to ensure future growth and/or profitability
Align and optimize the buy process, end-to-end; reconcile short and long term buying processes, and create a center of excellence for buying capabilities inclusive of demand planning, supply planning, purchasing, fulfillment, etc
Provide direction on data, process, and tools
Create sustainable partnership with our Supply Chain teams
Apply ground-breaking supply chain capabilities within Sports Marketing
Lead and coach the Dimension sport teams in the product planning process
Lead the day-to-day planning, purchasing, and delivery of on and off field product
Create a long-term vision for the future of Supply Chain for NA Sports Marketing
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As the Director of NA Sports Marketing Supply Chain Operations, you’ll partner with North America Sports Marketing, Sport Dimensions, and Supply Chain leaders and their teams in North America to keep NA Sports Marketing Demand, Supply, and Service Ecosystems in Equilibrium. You will also develop and deploy strategic capabilities to support and improve NA Sports Marketing planning processes and strategies.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
10 years’ directly relevant experience in Supply Chain or Planning functions within a global consumer company
End to end knowledge of supply chain operations and systems, specific experience in Planning is strongly preferred
