We are looking for an experienced and versatile brand marketeer and team leader with a passion for culture, a curiosity for our upbeat and ground-breaking consumers, and an ability to uncover stories that will encourage the next generation to move. A marketeer with a strong connection to Milan culture and a brand catalyst guardian who is curious, opportunist, Communicator, explorer, futurist and strategic connector. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role will be responsible for leading a diverse and connected team focused on the following core duties:
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This role will sit at the Milan Marketing Leadership Team table and work fluidly with all team members, both to drive better relationships with our members in the city and also to drive a diverse & inclusive high-performing, growth orientated culture in our marketing team where everyone can be himself/herself on a daily basis.
You will also work closely with the EMEA and GLOBAL Catalyst Brand Management team, always with a growth mindset to contribute towards our global strategy. You will act as a key advisor to the EMEA Catalyst Brand Management Senior Director in wider strategic discussions and influence organisational needs/processes that should be implemented in order for plans to be performed to the highest standard.
Work cross-functionally in the Milan office with key partners such as Sports Marketing, Purpose, and Consumer Insights in service of our athletes and consumers. And partner closely with Nike Retail and Brand Creative leaders to editorialise key moments and narratives to create energy through our storytelling.
Manage a team of dedicated and aspiring relationship managers and specialists, Transformational marketeers and Operations specialist. And you will of course build strong relationships with key catalysts in the city.
The shape of your day-to-day leadership will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You therefore must be collaborative, intuitive, and maximise the effectiveness of individual as well as collective thinking. You must multiply the opinions and expertise of those you engage with in order to apply coherent strategy and thinking that leads to new opportunities to continue to apply new thinking.
