We are looking for a dedicated relationship specialist with immense passion for London youth culture and strong connections to the city’s next generation of cultural leaders.
This person will exhibit the curiosity, flexibility and innovative thinking required to push the brand into new spaces through unbreakable cultural partnerships – all with the goal of advancing the notion of sport!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role your core duties will include:
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Partner with the Catalyst Brand Management teams in London, EMEA and Global, operating with a growth mindset as part of a world-class Catalyst team and work cross-functionally in the London office, particularly with the Brand Management function and the London Brand Creative Studio, but also with key partners such as Sports Marketing and Social & Community Impact, aligning on how to bring your Catalyst concepts to life. And of course build very strong external relationships.
The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and therefore your style and influence will have to adapt accordingly. You are consistently collaborative and open to the opinions of those you engage with.
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
A successful candidate will be encouraged to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below crucial requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the proficiencies also outlined below.
External Relationships Management – Proven track record of managing, servicing and demonstrating cultural relationships to deliver success for both parties.
Brand Management – Positively contribute to brand plans to ensure optimum service and maximum leverage.
Cultural Foresight – Experience, understanding and ability to navigate the London cultural landscape, translating this into breakthrough concepts.
Connected to London Youth Culture – Innately and passionately connected to the cultural movements that push the city forward.
