WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You'll partner with HR and business stakeholders to process requests and deliver seamless employee lifecycle experiences. Your work will ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across the region.

Core responsibilities:

• Complete new hire onboarding and ensure accurate payroll data integration
• Manage employee transfers and contract extensions, including documentation and coordination with managers
• Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Drive and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency
• Prepare and support weekly and monthly operational reports
• Collaborate with HR Partners and managers to resolve queries and deliver timely solutions
