    WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

    For Nike to deliver the best outcomes for our Elite athletes, you will build out seasonal narratives and graphics through bespoke product offerings that support Teams on their competitive stage such as Uniforms, sideline and game theater gear.

    You will be responsible for executing and translating the vision of our brand and partners into impactful visual centers composed of seasonal graphics and prints while heightening team identity through modern applications.

    A typical day/week consists of working closely with your design partners. Your accountabilities include but not limited to contributions to the creative vision, attending team meetings and communicating critical information. Ensuring design progress and meeting deadlines. Presenting design concepts and seasonal initiatives to internal and external audiences while maintaining Nike's best interests.

    WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

    You will report to the role of Design Director and partner closely with Expert designers, as well as our greater Sports Apparel design community and cross-functional partners. As a team player, your role involves participating and fostering a collaborative environment where diverse visions come to life. You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with Athletes and Teams to gather insights and validate design solutions.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING?

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, apparel design or related design field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

    • 1-4+ year(s) relevant work experience in Graphic Design, Color Design, or Product Design.

    • Well-curated portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate an effective methodology for research, inspiration, design development, problem solving, process, and final execution.

    • Proficiency in typography, brand identity, and color theory skills.

    • Proficiency in digital design software (Creative Suite). High Degree of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop is a plus. Must be open to working within Digital tools/3D.

    • General understanding of make and apparel product creation.

    • Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.

    • Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.

    • Ability to embrace diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity.
