Technical Product Management plays an integral part of the Global Technology team as Nike moves into a technology-led strategy for the company. The Technical Product Management Office (TPMO) has a deep understanding of how to bring the best of Global Tech together.

TPMO Mission: Align priorities with business, geographies, and technology strategy, stitching together an integrated single roadmap. This role will be based out of our European Logistics Campus (ELC). The ELC in Laakdal near Antwerp (BE) plays a crucial role in the athlete’s experience, with supply chain as its strength. The ELC serves consumers all over the world by delivering the right products at the right time and place. It does so by taking care of Nike products from origin, via direct ship or distribution flow, to the end consumer. At Nike ELC, we have a passion to relentlessly improve ourselves!
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek an enthusiastic Technical Product Manager to drive software Products thru inception, design, build and execution phases to serve Nikes Operations and logistics functions.
The ideal candidate loves to take product ownership and has a deep understanding of technical product life cycle management and expertise in both the business capabilities and the technology capabilities that serve operations and logistics. Strong learning & agile mindset, co-creation, data-driven, communication, and ability to navigate the matrix are essential to success.
This is a technical position, whilst it is not expected to develop code, you should have a technical background that allows you to quickly understand technical products and reason about complex systems end-to-end.
You are ready to drive operations and logistical technical products, that enable the business to have the agility, a fast time-to-market and cost-effectiveness crucial to be successful.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Nike EMEA Transportation Network Operations Technology team which provides an opportunity to grow within the subject area.
You will collaborate closely with Business and Technology partners (a.o. TPM Directors, Solution Architects and Engineering) in EMEA and the Globe to define the technology strategy for your domain, with special focus on technical products roadmaps, defining measurable outcomes and market fitting the platforms and products owned to better serve Nike’s consumers.
You report to the Director Technical Product Management of your area and collaborate with other TPMs in EMEA, other Geos, and Global. We foster a safe environment and a culture of feedback in which we support, challenge and encourage each other to reflect, learn and grow as individuals and as a team.
WHAT YOU BRING
Analytical with ability to uncover insights to formulate a robust, actionable product plan, as well as to create compelling proposals for other teams to collaborate on.
Strong teammate and collaborative work ethic with peers and cross-functional partners on all aspects of the business and Technology teams.
Managing the quality of the solution and technical debt.
Experience working with agile teams, in-person or remote, with experience working with Application Lifecycle Management, applying Design Thinking and using collaboration and agile tools like Jira / Aha! / Lucid Chart / Confluence or similar.
Excellent written, presentation, communication and listening skills .
Being responsible for ensuring the overall Nike standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance).
Define, design, and manage a value-driven roadmap.
Deliver, support, and evaluate adoption of new products and features.
Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think and act creatively.
