Join our team as a Labour Reporting Analyst and play a crucial role in improving our store payroll management.   • Analyzing and measuring labor-related data, crafting and managing reports to improve store payroll management.

  • Support the labor team by providing more insight into labour expenditure by creating a reporting database.

  • Ensure alignment between your reporting and the official finance Profit and Loss report by reconciling numbers in both reports.

  • Develop and manage reporting that effectively communicates meaningful, fact-based insights.

  • Partner with Finance and Controlling to break out the monthly P&L into line-level detail, understanding where the company is spending vs. planned, regarding its most oversized P&L line item of salaries.

  • Build the month-end labor overview for MBRs/QBRs, including insights on spending across the Geo.

  • Provide field leadership and real estate with staffing recommendations for new stores and refits before SAM approval meetings.

  • Be accountable for all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reporting.


Reporting to Labor Optimization Manager, you collaborate with stakeholders within the Finance teams, field leaders including store managers, and other key functions such as accounting and controlling teams to establish and refine the reporting database.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting and analysis.

  • Proven experience in working with and analyzing reports, showcasing attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in analyzing data to develop new reports that give businesses clear insight into labor costs.

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and possess strong prioritization skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and significantly advanced Excel to manipulate and present data effectively, including writing and using power queries

  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional peers during professional discussions and complex decision-making processes.

  • Experience in retail is desirable.
