    Position summary

    n cadence through city cluster strategy.

    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with fleet director to continuously improve fleet productivity under the joint fleet development vision with partners through city cluster strategy.

    • Deep dive commercial insights from marketplace, synergize opportunities and collaborate marketplace mechanism.

    • Seamlessly execute marketplace fleet development plan and improve partners fleet structure as well as optimize partners profit accordingly.

    • Develop strong cross functional relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketplace Planning team, Account expansion team, Marketing and financial team, also cultivate team innovation & creativity through national collaborations

    • Enhance partners fleet development capabilities and drive better co-working fleet process & clear R&R.

    Requirements of this role

    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

    • More than 5 working experiences in sports or retail related industry.

    • Strong partner management skills.

    • Strong communication and influence skills.

    • Fluent in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel

    • Rich knowledge of marketplace / city clusters and retail concept.

    • Knowledge of financial P&L analysis and business forecast.
