    LEAD ATHLETE--VMS

    • Responsible for VMS + Retail Operation including, product management with CORE, seasonal RTW etc.

    • FOH coordination

    • BOH coordination

    • Execute and ensure completion of campaign and seasonal VMS plans, work with vendors on installations and scheduling.

    Lighting

    • Mannequin and fixture management

    • Story-telling element

    • Must be a product expert with strong understanding to market needs, product seasonality, and trend understanding

    • Weekly VMS updates with strong commercial sensibility. Fast react to business needs and measure success through key store KPIs

    • Execute and maintain a connected consumer journey, strategy, and in-store storytelling.

    • Collect feedback, communicate successes, and share learnings, consumer insights to internal team.

    • Styling expert a plus.

    • VMS execution -80%; in-store communication -20%
