    Position summary

    This person should have a comprehensive grasp of the youth community, youth & sport culture, existing and upcoming subculture, the sneaker & fashion landscape, passion and knowledge about Football as a sport, football landscape, athletes and culture of football in SEA&I.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

    • 5+ years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or related fields (music, fashion, editorial, publishing, sports, creative agency).

    • Strong knowledge of sneaker/streetwear culture, youth trends, music, and Football culture.

    • Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage timelines, and influence cross-functional teams.

    • Pro-active information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

    • A team-first mentality, values partnership and collaboration. Excellent people skills with understanding the importance of cultural nuance.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You'll lead the planning and execution of Nike Sportswear and Football brand strategies across SEA&I, driving seasonal and daily initiatives that elevate consumer experiences and accelerate brand engagement. From ideation to execution, you'll orchestrate campaigns, manage assets, and measure impact.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Partner with Nike Marketing leaders and APLA geography to deliver integrated brand strategies.

    • Collaborate with territory and city teams to create impactful consumer experiences.

    • Brief brand vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across functions.

    • Oversee product integration into marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.

    • Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels.

    • Lead campaign progress measurement, including recaps and debriefs.

    • Build strong relationships internally and externally to drive business growth.
