    Position summary

Domestic and international Travel is required. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.

    Must have a Master's degree in Design or Textiles and 2 years of experience in the job offered or Design-related occupation. Experience must include:

    • Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop

    • AI digital tools

    • Footwear design, construction, materials, sourcing, and commercialization with factory partners

    • Design craft, sketching, concept ideation, methods of make, and innovation platforms

    • Creating and delivering presentations of seasonal design proposals to internal and external audiences

    • Conducting in-depth research on athlete insights

    • Developing new material technologies to enhance footwear product, and optimize athletes' performance

    • Creative experience with consumer/segment/dimensions

    • Creative cultures
