Lead HR Reporting Analyst
SINGAPORE, ASIA PACIFIC
As a Lead HR Reporting Analyst, you will join our Data Compliance and Reporting team and work closely with HR Stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements while delivering impactful reporting solutions. Based in our Singapore office, this role will support the Asia Pacific Region, playing a role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of HR Systems reporting solutions.
Key partnerships will include:
People Solutions: Collaborate to understand reporting needs, provide training, support escalated issues, and deliver solutions.
HR Tech: Partner to deliver advanced report/dashboard and Prism-related solutions.
HR Compliance & Legal: Support deliverables related to legal or compliance matters.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a passion for HR systems and reporting. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Workday Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Workday business processes, data structures, security configurations, and advanced reporting features.
Reporting Skills: Proven ability to design, develop and customize complex Workday reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of reporting and security issues and implement timely resolutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Agile Proficiency: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
ServiceNow Knowledge: Experience in managing ServiceNow queues, focusing on SLA compliance.
Global HR Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of working in a global HR organization with expertise in HR operations, compliance, and legal matters.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Your responsibilities will involve carrying out Strategic Initiatives, managing Operational Responsibilities, and providing Leadership and Innovation.
Strategic Initiatives:
You will identify opportunities to enhance reporting functionality to support strategic decision-making and business insights.
You will implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting data.
Operational Responsibilities:
Your responsible will include collaborating with key stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, align, and prioritize deliverables, and communicate technical concepts effectively. You will also provide training and create user documentation to guide stakeholders in accessing and interpreting Workday reports.
You will design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and related tools, customizing them to meet specific business needs.
You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Workday reports.
Your role will ensure data integrity and reporting standards are followed while adhering to privacy and compliance policies and regulations.
As part of the role, you will manage the ServiceNow queue to support customers, prioritize high-impact and SLA at-risk cases, and reduce queue volume.
Leadership and Innovation:
You will monitor industry trends and best practices in Workday and ServiceNow reporting and analytics to keep NIKE at the forefront of innovation.
You will additionally lead with an innovative, solutions-oriented mindset, focusing on improving the Teammate Experience with every design decision and solution.
