WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is seeking a highly motivated creative individual who is passionate about retail and brand storytelling. This person is driven and a doer, with a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment. They are passionate about sport, culture, and retail, and understand the power of brand storytelling and consumer connection through stores.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail marketing and/or brand marketing, visual merchandising, or similar experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising or related field.
A strong understanding of the sport consumer, shopping behaviours, retail journeys and retail trends.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with proven ability to juggle between the detail and big picture, while managing multiple and competing projects and priorities.
Strong knowledge and interest in retail trends and innovations.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As the Retail Brand/Experience Lead for Pacific, you will support the Senior Manager in developing and executing holistic, sport-led marketing plans for our Nike Stores fleet-including Nike Stores Partnered (NSP), and Nike Value Stores (NVS).
You'll play a key role in translating strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring that every store & activation delivers premium product storytelling, service, and experiences that engage consumers and drive business results.
