WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report to the Women's Sportswear Concept Design Director and collaborate across teams and disciplines: product design, consumer insights, merchandising, and brand marketing - translating insights into a creative direction and narrative that inspire across the company and around the world.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
• 5+ years of professional design experience in product, marketing, brand, or agency environments
• Passion for athletes, sport, and culture - and the creative stories that connect them
• Expertise across art direction, motion, graphic, and spatial design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Keynote (3D and Miro experience a plus)
• A portfolio that showcases strong storytelling, visual identity, and design craft
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining creative excellence
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, lead teammates, and the ability to manage external partners.
• Curiosity and cultural fluency - an understanding of design culture, youth movements, and emerging creative technology
