    Position summary

    less online-to-offline (O2O) consumer journey, ensuring cross-functional integration and overseeing execution.

    • Consumer Insights: Serve as the territory brand leader, leveraging local consumer insights and unmet needs to inform relevant and resonant brand activations.

    • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HKTW Nike Inc. Marketing Teams (especially Retail Brand), Sales, and Sports Marketing to identify platforms, talents, and teams for impactful go-to-market initiatives.

    • Regional Alignment: Partner with Greater China (GC) brand and functional teams to provide hyper-local perspectives on GC brand strategies, grounded in local consumer and marketplace needs.

    • Seasonal Readiness: Manage seasonal CODE gates to ensure timely deliverables and readiness for the HKTW market.

    • Brand Offense: Re-establish Jordan Brand's presence in HKTW, driving impact through basketball, streetwear, and new sports opportunities (e.g., baseball, golf).
