    • Partner with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure compelling product presentation and engaging online and in-store experience.

    • Provide actionable product feedback and market insights to upstream merchandising and product creation teams to influence future line development.

    Deliverables:

    • Deliver assortment strategies in line with corporate milestones and seasonal gates.

    • Support the 13-week product launch cycle in partnership with Brand and Digital Commerce teams.

    • Generate regular performance reports, in-season analytics, and post-season hindsight reviews to inform future strategies.

    • Identify and act on quick responsive assortment/product opportunities tied to key sports or outdoor moments.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Solid experience in merchandising, with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

    • Passion for sports, the outdoors, or product innovation is a strong plus.
