Deliverables:
Deliver assortment strategies in line with corporate milestones and seasonal gates.
Support the 13-week product launch cycle in partnership with Brand and Digital Commerce teams.
Generate regular performance reports, in-season analytics, and post-season hindsight reviews to inform future strategies.
Identify and act on quick responsive assortment/product opportunities tied to key sports or outdoor moments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Solid experience in merchandising, with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
