You must be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting large, complex multi-functional initiatives. You must be able to understand complex and varying distribution systems and be an effective communicator. This position requires collaboration across strategic disciplines and involves regular communication with business and operations leadership.
The Node Capability- Warehouse Senior Business Analyst will provide data analysis and document system requirements in support of short-term and long-term warehouse management and control system strategies across our North America distribution nodes. Using an agile way of working, you’ll collaborate as part of communities and squads to develop new capabilities, set clear timelines & deliverables, and solve problems together in the path of work, and drive alignment and progress in line with the agreed upon solutions. Successful candidates will have prior experience in warehouse management systems, warehouse control systems, along with infrastructure and data analytics, and be able articulate these strategies to business and technology teams.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Work with key business, technology, operations, and engineering partners to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for warehouse systems (WMS, WCS and integration platforms).
Performs technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source to target mapping.
Creates and maintains complex context process and system diagrams that identifies core system capabilities and high-level system architecture.
Applies global process standards to regional technology solutions
Experience supporting a wide range of different conveyors and sortation systems Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills
Experience with advanced automation controls systems Experience with industrial robotics
Experience supporting a wide range of different conveyors and sortation systems
Demonstrate expertise, innovative thinking, and initiative in the analysis, planning and deployment of warehouse, control, and analytical systems.
Works with systems personnel to implement design. Participates in development of project plan/timeline. Provides input into project mgmt.
Open to new ways of working and integrating agile across teams
Demonstrate collaborative and team building skills to facilitate business and technology team expertise to deliver comprehensive and effective technology solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in distribution systems related technology platforms
1-3 years in project management and large scale solutions delivery
Experience with Manhattan Associates, SAP and related system platforms
The annual base salary for this position ranger from $118,000 in our lowest geographic market to $177,000 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience
