    Position summary

    dedicate account strategy by following company strategy.

    • Monitor sales targets achievement during daily work and propose revision where necessary.

    • Connect with Retail Excellence team to enhance account's retail operation capability. Improve the retail KPI.

    • Help our account to build their new retail muscle in order to respond to the market change in a timely manner.

    • Ensure the brand operation standards in the region through cross function cooperation.

    Create productive fleets

    • Evaluate and improve the quality of existing channels to enhance productive fleets.

    • Through seasonal and ad-hoc door review to drive new door plan and transformation plan.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with Energy Accounts and New Channel.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or above and excellent communication skills
    • More than 5 years sales management or account management experience in retail industry, Experience in managing "Energy Channels" is preferred
    • Strategic thinking, drive the future, champion, and embrace change
    • Skillful business analysis and planning, logical thinking
    • Strong personality & ownership
    • Willing to work under pressure
