On any given day you will:
Drive cross-functional engagement with different stakeholders (i.e.: Retail Brand, Merchandising, Demand & Supply, Retail Operations, leadership team and NSP partners to plan and execute each season.
Map and develop Nike Stores growth in Indonesia.
Develop and implement seasonal, annual, and long-term account plans.
Drive cross-functional engagement across stakeholders to lead the in-season execution at the retail stores.
Closely work with retail partners and Retail Operations to ensure stores are operating as per Nike standards.
Engage local retail partners to plan, review and execute in-season and post-season results.
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Administer internal sales processes to ensure all are properly documented and flows according to internal procedures.
