Nike’s Supply Chain team ensures that every year 1.4 billion units of footwear, apparel, and equipment arrive at the right destination on time. That’s no easy task. The complex process involves more than 70 distribution centers, a network of thousands of accounts, and more than 100,000 retail stores around the world. North America Supply Chain Performance & Reporting provides the visibility necessary to make operational decisions and constantly pushes for ways to make Nike’s supply chain faster, more efficient and more responsive to Nike’s always-changing consumer needs.
As a Product Manager (SEC) within Nike’s Supply Chain, you will play a lead role on a team of multi-functional partners, data engineers and analytics professionals to identify, scope, suggest new opportunities, and complete high-impact projects.

The successful candidate has data and reporting experience with superb communication and relationship building skills. The ideal candidate has an understanding of agile methodologies and will serve as an advocate for the products they manage.
What you will work on
You will be a Product Manager who can not only describe the product but also explain its value, how it works, how it is adopted and can speak to upcoming changes. You will write and refine stories for clarity, business value and acceptance criteria. You will work with Product Owners to prioritize product functionality, represent partners and report on cost and scheduling status.
You will assist with analysis to determine how features are performing and will advise on course of action. You’ll understand the Product Roadmap, call out and remove roadblocks, triage defects and provide clarity to customers on issues when appropriate.
Who you will work with
You will work with a team of Engineers, Architects, Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate needs from a variety of partners within the Marketplace Operations, Distribution and Transportation teams. You’ll also work directly with customers to capture details of feature requirements, understand use cases, test hypotheses, and share results.
You will also work with a variety of partners across Nike Technology’s Enterprise Data & Analytics team to understand the data landscape and convey Supply Chain’s priorities for any ingestion or infrastructure collaboration.
What you bring
We are looking for world class talent that brings the following key skills and experience to this role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area; or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
5 + years solution development and technology experience (Business Intelligence) preferred
Proven ability to deliver on commitments
Understanding in agile principles and the Scrum development process (planning set up – developer upgrades – ceremonies to look at back log to see what can we pull in now and what we can push out for later) stories are groomed – super detailed
Supply Chain knowledge strongly preferred
Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability of working well within a team
Ability to influence outcomes across highly aligned, loosely coupled teams
Ability to define solution options, provide estimates on effort and risk, and evaluate technical feasibility
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Practical approach to solving complex problems with ambiguous requirements
