Transfer upstream requirement into operation execution.
• Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews on service fulfillment as well as operation performance, utilize the data insight to identify operation risks and opportunities. Propose actions to drive operation accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver successful NDS moments fulfillment like National Day Holiday/CNY/Labor Day Holiday sales peak; Develop standard operation process and improve service level.
• Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders (MSC/LP/ARO/NDS) and collaborate on X-functional projects.
• Monitor monthly billing and track actual cost vs. budget plan.
Operation excellence:
• Continue to drive warehouse operation optimization; Collaborate with MSC/ARO/Trans to drive E2E process efficiency.
• Follow NLS methodology to identify process improvement opportunities and drive enhancement.
3PL Management:
• Conduct effective KPI review mechanisms to track 3PL performance, update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
• Leverage negotiation skills to motivate 3PL and perform at their best, Influence 3PL towards the NIKE strategy and achieve business goals together.
• Contract management.
