WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As our Quality Assurance Coach, you'll lead and manage all account-level reporting activities within Customer Service. You'll monitor and measure reports for consistency, quality, and accuracy through regular audits as well as serve as the information point of contact for all account-level reporting requests. As the Quality Assurance Coach, you'll partner with account/customer service managers and directors to prioritize information needs and implement the NACS standard menu of services. You'll work with a team of Information Analysts to find opportunities to improve efficiencies in service, report development, and automation. This opportunity also involves leading a team through daily interaction, regular one-on-one meetings, and formal performance reviews. In addition, you'll provide ongoing coaching and counseling, implement developed strategies, build succession plans, and effectively manage performance and corrective action processes in order to drive Human Resources Planning. 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

•  Coordinate with NACS Management Team(s) to assist with overall reporting needs, communicate reporting opportunities, and understand requirements

•  Present key information in both oral and written formats to a wide variety of partners within the Nike matrix, while providing the appropriate level of detail based on the audience.

•  Responsible to communicate critical business information in a timely fashion

•  Must effectively influence matrix partners on new concepts while balancing demands with capabilities of tools

•  Lead the effort for consistency and standardization in providing information to team members

•  Focus on establishing standard methodologies

WHAT YOU BRING

•  Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

•  Strong verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations

•  Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives

•  Strong information seeking skills and drive to make things happen

•  Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develops effective responses or elevate to higher management

•  Detail oriented with the ability to balance multiple, competing priorities

•  Capable of leading initiatives and project teams

•  Ability to exercise high degree of integrity

•  Proficient Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

•  Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group
