Minimum 5 years relevant work experience or 7 years industry experience in lieu of a degree
Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Textiles, Chemistry, or a related field (2 additional years' experience in lieu of a degree)
Ability to pass the Munsell Hue color test to determine visual color acuity
Knowledge of apparel and textiles material/construction, including garment construction
Great communication and organizational skills and able to drive solution.
Microsoft Office applications and Product Data Management systems skills
Experience with Smartsheet and knowledge of Natific is a plus
5-10% travel required

As a Senior Color Developer, you will lead color execution for Nike Apparel, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include executing color palettes, ensuring on-time commercialization, developing tools and processes, tracking lab dips, and addressing challenges. You will interact with design, materials, merchandising, product creation, manufacturing, and integrity teams.
