5+ years of marketing experience, including minimum 2+ years in digital activation (knowledge of digital platform UI, UX framework)
Expertise in digital execution and digital business, especially through global projects preferred
Proven expertise in marketing content planning, production, and performance analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with agility and precision in a fast-moving environment
Innovative, creative, and open to new approaches that challenge boundaries
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English

You will lead Nike's digital brand strategy for Korea, creating authentic consumer journeys that bridge brand storytelling and cultural relevance. From strategy to execution, you will drive distinctive seasonal marketing planning, content development, deliver insights by orchestrating all digital channels. You will be responsible to humanize the brand initiatives in digital world with deep understanding of Korea consumers.
