WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Leave and Accommodations Analyst who will work directly with employees, vendors and business partners in Nike Retail, Distribution and corporate locations throughout the Americas in providing leaves of absence, short/long term disability and accommodations. Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with premiere customer service that recognizes the needs of all Athletes*.
The role is based at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon and reporting to the Americas Benefits Operations Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Deliver service excellence to managers and employees by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to their leave/disability/accommodation inquiries and transactions.
Engage with business leaders, employees, colleagues and our vendor to resolve reasonable accommodation evaluation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and other applicable laws.
Identifying trends/behaviors, assess risk, educate stakeholders and business partners, implement effective solutions.
Ensure internal controls are in place and procedures used are in compliance; provide support to internal and external auditors when called upon.
Evaluate work processes to increase efficiency, design workflow assignment(s) with business units and vendor, improve the associate experience.
Partner with cross functional teams and stakeholders to identify equipment needs, plus structural and/or environmental workspace considerations.
In partnership with Benefits COE, manage the program and other benefits employee communication process, as appropriate.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources, managing leaves of absence and/or workplace accommodations.
Prior experience of identifying and resolving situations related to leaves of absence, disability and accommodation to include escalations and determine workplace accommodations with various stakeholders.
Experience developing practices and processes, managing vendor performance and driving program results thru project and program execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great teammate, energetic, service-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Able to multi-task, work well under pressure and deliver within a tight timeline.
Strong ability to partner with cross functional teams and influence others on business solutions that recognize all Athletes*.
PREFERRED:
Working knowledge of data analysis tools, HR SAP, ServiceNow and Workday preferred.
