A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience); a master's in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or similar is a big plus
8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years leading teams
Experience in the footwear industry is preferred, but backgrounds in related fields like chemical vendors or manufacturing partners are also welcome
Strong leadership skills-able to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
A strategic thinker who thrives in complex environments and knows how to build strong relationships across internal and external partners
Excellent communication in English (written and verbal), with solid project and time management skills
Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 10%) and flexible enough to work across global time zones
Proven success in managing supplier/vendor relationships and representing brand interests in large organizations
Skilled in identifying and managing risks and issues
Confident using standard Microsoft Office tools
