    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Line Manager (PLM) to join the North America Express Lane (NAEL) Footwear Team. This role is focused on the North America footwear consumer, managing end-to-end process of product creation from line plan to sell in, and leading a team of PLM's.

    The ideal candidate should have proven expertise of the product creation process and consumer.

    We will be working on delivering the fastest to market consumer led briefs to advise our Design and Development team.

    You will need strong strategic and organizational skills, a drive for crafting outstanding product and the ability to learn, adapt, and lead teams effectively.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    A typical day/week in the Express Lane Senior Manager function will involve a lot of excitement in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with your Design and Development functions to drive excellence on execution & process, as well as Global counterparts. You will also lead a team of PMs to ensure they are clear on the tasks ahead and are delivering against our strategic priorities. You will deliver presentations to internal and external partners with passion for the work and output of the teams.

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • Bachelor's degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

    • 8+ years of relevant experience

    • Consumer Centricity. A person with a passion for sneakers, fashion, sport and the culture behind them.

    • Experience serving consumers and marketplace understanding, with a proven ability to foresee and capture on trends and cultural shifts, translating these insights into compelling product solutions.

    • Change Agency.A person who is passionate about creating the future and can galvanize a team along the way.

    • Influencing Skills. Ability to drive vision and strategy across functions while respecting the balance of competing interests.

    • Demonstrated experience and tenure in key franchise management and strategic growth, with ability to drive solid cross-functional plans.

    • Can foster and maintain relationships with multiple key partners in a fast-paced environment.

    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories.

    • Curiosity & Criticality: A person constantly looking to set a new bar for team, product and process excellence.

    • Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to manage and mentor others.

    • Proven leadership driving the product creation process, through strong organizational skills, drive for results, business acumen, attention to details and deadlines.

    • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
