    We're looking for a self-driven individual with a passion for serving the Women's consumer, with interests in sports, trends and shaping the future of our Women's Training Apparel business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong retail and merchandising acumen, and works independently while staying solution-oriented. They excel at influencing and communicating across a large, matrixed organization and bring curiosity and adaptability to every challenge.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Open to work at PHK (Nike World Headquarters) in Portland, Oregon, Metro Area

    • 2+ years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Product Management, Marketplace, Buying, or relevant experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

    • Demonstrated understanding of consumer and marketplace dynamics

    • Proficiency in analyzing business and consumer trends

    • Experience curating product assortments and communicating the strategy behind it

    • Proficiency in Retail Math

    • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience driving new projects or concepts

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to Leadership and cross-functional partners, formally and informally

    • Solution-oriented, team-first mentality, Curious

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You'll deliver consumer-focused, profitable assortments through a strategic and intentional line plan to serve the One of One, drive growth, and gain market share. Your work will shape the future of Women's Apparel through strategic planning and operational excellence.

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Curate Brand distinction with assortments that make big ideas bigger. Built through modality and marketplace distinction

    • Drive a strong end-in-mind vision for each of the franchises you lead

    • Be curious and up to date on current fitness and fashion trends. Apply this knowledge to seasonal assortments and future line planning moments

    • Declare key franchises and flow product to keep the market fresh and enable our supply chain.

    • Present seasonal product strategies and assortments to cross-functional partners

    • Tie product journeys to moments, maximizing their impact to the consumer. Head-to-toe intentional Apparel integration in footwear, nd other Cross-sport Women's apparel businesses, Running and Sportswear

    • Conduct seasonal Hind-sighting analysis to inform future season by turning insights into actions

    • Partner with the Global and Geo Sport and cross functional team to identify, nurture and drive the Brand and Business critical franchises and collections
