WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As part of the EMEA NSW Sales team you will work with your leader, peers, cross-functional collaborators and regional representatives on further developing and accelerating the NSW business in the CEMEA region:
- You will translate the Global/Geo NSW direction to CEMEA specific multi-year and seasonal strategies and lead the implementation and execution of said strategy
- You will do this by creating channel specific differentiation, facilitate retail experience elevation and advise on channel and partner expansion
- You will help gather region-specific consumer insights and apply these into your commercial strategy as well as inform channel/consumer merchandising teams on marketplace needs and growth opportunities
- You will lead seasonal GTM planning and execution to drive readiness and inspiration across the sport category by channel
- You support Strategic Account & Country seasonal commercial targets, including specific channel growth goals
- You will engage with key stakeholders in the region through seasonal GTM (code) moments and other targetted internal and account facing meetings
