    Position summary

    Nike's cultural influence. A proactive problem-solver, you bring communications instincts, a collaborative spirit, and the agility to navigate a dynamic global matrix.

    • 6 years+ in strategic communications, with expertise in China's media landscape (social, digital, print, broadcast).

    • Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, PR, communications, business, advertising & marketing, or related field.

    • Proven cultural acuity and ability to work across large, diverse team at Global and Geo level.

    • Strong relations with media, tastemaker and cultural icon will be preferred.

    • Deep passion for sport and a pulse on design, trends, art, and youth culture.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    • Partner with Sport, Brand and Sports marketing teams to develop and execute integrated, audience-first communication strategies.
    • Establish new relationship and strengthen authentic connections including media, thought leaders to build Nike's influence and shift perception.
    • Push boundary for breakthrough storytelling to humanize our brand, drive impact, and build strong local resonates through new channels, content creations and partnership.
    • Work across Greater China and globe to drive energy and Nike's narrative anchored on sport and athletes.
    • Closely work with core comms function and team across enterprise to integrate our offense and to support or drive impactful storytelling opportunities.
    • The individual will also contribute to Geo media events when necessary, as well as support, media training, and staff Nike spokespeople (executives, designers, athletes, catalysts, collaborators, and etc.) where relevant.
