WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Key Job Accountabilities:
Strategic Support & Planning: Partner with the Director of Strategy to develop and execute the 1-year (AOP) and 3-year strategic plans for Nike Marketing. Support cross-functional alignment and integration of strategic objectives.
Functional Strategy Ownership: Lead strategic planning and initiatives for Retail and City Marketing functions. Collaborate with functional leaders to identify growth opportunities, drive consumer engagement, and elevate Nike's brand presence.
Business Reviews & Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews. Coordinate inputs across teams and synthesize insights to inform leadership decisions.
Project Management: Drive strategic projects from brief to execution, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and business goals.
Communication & Storytelling: Develop compelling decks and narratives for internal and external presentations. Ensure messaging is aligned with Nike's strategic vision and consumer focus.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Director of Brand Planning and work closely with functional leaders across Retail, Digital, Brand Management, and Strategy. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional partners in Consumer Insights, Finance, and Marketplace.
