    Position summary

    HIP

    • Lead project kick-offs by setting clear expectations and clarifying needs with stakeholders, including global teams and cross-functions.

    • Manage workload, prioritize requests, and align with the inhouse Brand Creative & Production team to ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered on time.

    WORKFLOW ORGANIZATION

    • Organize workflows by assigning responsibilities, preparing comprehensive timelines, and monitoring progress to achieve project milestones.

    • Coordinate and align resources, timelines, and goals across retail concepts and pilot door projects. QUALITY ASSURANCE

    • Ensure production output meets specifications for design, storytelling, and architectural elements in retail environments.

    • Refine and optimize toolkits for scalability while maintaining Nike brand and creative standards.

    EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT

    • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement standardized processes to enhance collaboration across disciplines and functions. - Suggest and execute improvements in operational models to optimize resource usage and increase efficiency.
