    WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

    As a Senior Sales Rep, DEPT Store LATAM-Jordan APLA , you will optimize

    Jordan product sales by developing accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information. The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive merchandising and product presentations. You will be responsible for key franchise management and tracking trends to inform the forecasting process and ensure a healthy marketplace. This person will be an expert in their assigned territory and facilitate market travel to key destinations for designated groups as required.

    WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

    In this role, you will be part of the larger Partners team and reporting into the Marketplace Director, Jordan Specialty. This is the reporting line from the JD which is a little different than what has been provided in the email.

    This role will be based in Mexico City, but reporting to the APLA GM of Sales (based out of WHQ) and working cross functionally with the APLA Jordan Sport teams and Mexico City Sales team.

    Our Senior Sales Rep will work closely with cross-functional teams within the Jordan business in the territory and the APLA Geo. This includes, but is not limited to, external partners (including Retailers, Collaborators, etc) and internal partners (Merchandising, Marketplace, Brand Marketing, Brand counterparts, Operations, DSM/Planning, Finance, etc.)

    WHAT YOU BRING

    • 5-7 years' overall business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Experience in in retail or sales is strongly preferred, or Nike experience in a field support position

    • Proven Leadership Ability

    • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations

    • Sport passionate

    • Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends

    • Understanding of Team Sales

    • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability

    • Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
