Strong hands-on project management and seasonal execution experience are essential including collaboration with agencies.
Bachelor's degree in Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related design field.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As part of the Intergrated Retail Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing seasonal Visual Merchandising strategy directions for In-line stores, which occurs 8-10 times a year. Additionally, you will create a strategic planogram and oversee seasonal execution, store opening process. Your role will involve leading the development of both seasonal and non-seasonal visual merchandising plans based on the VM directives.
