    Position summary

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

    • Minimum 3 years in brand communications, media relations, ideally within a global or consumer brand in sport industry.

    • Proven ability to communicate plans and build influence across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis

    • Exceptional relationship-building skills and comfort with ambiguity.

    • Proven cultural acuity and ability to work across large, diverse team at Global and Geo level.

    • A team-oriented mindset for action and impact.

    • Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    • Partner with Brand Communications teams to develop and execute integrated, audience-first communication strategies.
    • Establish relationship and strengthen authentic connections including media to build Nike's influence and shift perception.
    • Push boundary for breakthrough storytelling to humanize our brand, drive impact, and build strong local resonates through new channels, content creations and partnership.
    • Work across Greater China and globe to drive energy and Nike's narrative focus on our brands with creativity and distinction, anchored on sport and athletes.
    • Closely work with core function and teams across enterprise to integrate our offense and to support or drive impactful storytelling opportunities.
    • The individual will also contribute to Geo media events when necessary, as well as support media training, and staff Nike spokespeople (executives, designers, athletes, catalysts, collaborators, and etc.) where relevant.
