    • Bachelor's degree (minimum) in journalism, PR, English, communications, business, or related field required.

    • 6+ years professional experience in campaign management, event management, executive communication, copywriting and content creation.

    • Strong writing and presenting skills in both English and Chinese; experience with
      video and social media is a plus

    • Skills to manage events and experiences to manage agencies

    • Comfortable to work with stakeholders (employees and content creators) to drive compelling storytelling through events, contents and messages.

    • A strong communicator and collaborator, and potential ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a corporate, global, and functional basis, including clearly articulating ideas, successfully handling different points of view and building strong relationships and rapport.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    If this is you, you'll be working with a highly motivated team across Communications and other business functions, at both the Geography and Global level.

    As the Employee Communications Specialist, you will partner with the Employee Communications Director and Managers, other team members in the Communications teams and key business stakeholders to develop and drive integrated employee communications programs across Greater China. You will establish and strengthen authentic connections mainly with internal audiences across GC to shape Nike, Inc. as a cool brand, a great brand to work for and advance employees' dedication to business growth, pride of culture, confidence of future - through clear, consistent, breakthrough athlete and sport storytelling that integrates brand, marketplace and product innovations. A typical week might include:

    • Supporting the conceptualizing and mapping of detailed project plans, timelines and executions for campaigns (like CIIE, employee lens), initiatives (such as Nike culture moment like Maxims Awards) and events (like All Employee Meetings, Athlete Homecoming).
    • Supporting or driving independently the development of creative content that inspires, managing the content partners to produce, and coordinating to publish internally and externally (when appropriate) to maximize its impact.
    • Supporting the development and management of the network of employee influencers to drive co-creation of storytelling and diverse publishing.
    • Supporting the management of internal publishing platform and regularly summarize the insights to inform improved storytelling.
