    You'll bring:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, or brand activation. Multi-national company is preferred.

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commucations or a related field.

    • High interest or background in sport and youth culture

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle between the detail and the big picture while managing multiple competing priorities.

    • Strong knowledge and interest in retail trends and innovations.

    • Proactive, driven, and able to seek solutions in ambiguous situations.

    • Deep, native-level understanding of GSH/GBAY retail landscape, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

    • Proficiency in Keynote and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

    WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

    You will be responsible for driving and landing city's retail brand offense through localized activations, creating deeper connections with customers through impactful retail storytelling, service & experience and in-store activation.

    1.Seasonal Story Landing: Collaborate with City Marketing, Geo Retail Marketing counterpart to drive the creation and execution of seasonal campaigns, service and experience in Nike retail stores with city distinction.

    2.City Moment Integration: Support the briefing, planning, and execution of in-store marketing campaigns and activations ride on key city moments (e.g., Shanghai Marathon, CSL championship, SH Master, Athlete tour).

    3.Store Marketing: Support store marketing planning and landing across concepts and fleets (e.g. new door opening event, anniversary). Collaborate with account and landlord to build strategic partnership and explore for co-marketing opportunities leveraging CRM and landlord resources.
