    1. Campaign & Promotion Execution
    • Support the planning and execution of Tmall marketing campaigns (e.g., Double 11, 618 and other key moments).

    • Coordinate with merch/ marketing / planning teams to confirm promotion mechanism and coupons to maximize the campaign opportunity.

    1. Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Track and analyze sales data, competitor activities, and market trends using Tmall's backend tools.

    • Provide actionable insights to optimize product ST / store journey and marketing strategies.

    1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Jordan Marketing team to confirm the store P1 story to dial up the whole journey of campaign.

    • Work with logistics /supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

    • Assist in coordinating with UXUI team for store journey creation both for 365 and moments.

    • Work with the consumer service (CS) team to resolve order issues, returns, and consumer inquiries promptly.

    • Analyze consumer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.

    1. Compliance & Platform Updates
    • Stay updated on Tmall's policies, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure compliance.

    Requirements

    • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).

    • Familiarity with Tmall/Taobao or other Chinese e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.

    • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis is must have).

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

    • Mindset: Adaptable, data-driven, and passionate about e-commerce.
