Sr. People Data Product Analyst -NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Establish the needs of users and monitor user access and security. Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users. Consider both back-end as well as front-end accessibility for end-users. Refine the logical design so that it can be translated into a data model. Extensively follow the agile methodologies and adopt the scrum model and update managers on daily progress through daily scrum meetings. Work extensively on SQL query performance tuning. Work on defect fixing of complex functionalities. Design and develop macros that loads and updates tables in single one run. Build a human resources analytics database in Snowflake and its live now also acting as admin for same database. Implement workflows automation in airflow dag, train and mentor new team members. Prepare unit test plans for the functionality and responsible for human resources datamart. Analyze and develop using SQL and Python scripts. Work on migration from on-premise systems to AWS cloud. Build airflow dags, automating alteryx workflows and build new pipelines for the data flow.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, Information Systems, Electronics and Communication Engineering and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include the following:

  • SQL Queries;

  • Data integration;

  • ETL process;

  • Data marts including snowflake and teradata;

  • Master data management and metadata management;

  • Human resource domain knowledge;

  • Alteryx;

  • AWS cloud; and

  • Airflow
